Used for dual circuit brake conversion.

Can also be used when installing dual circuit master cylinder in place of single circuit on a Type 1 or 2, as it saves the push rod being cut down. Cutting the push rod can lead to lack of pedal travel adjustment and cause binding, so using the spacer and leaving the push rod length is the better option.
